- Engage with customers through web chat to promptly address their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order processing, vehicle inquiries, and service-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through online processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support role.
- Strong written communication skills and typing speed.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools.
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
