This position involves working closely with clients collecting their information and understanding products functions, pros and cons, and helping them select products that best fit their needs. It is fun and innovative

Applicants must demonstrate the capability of working in a fast paced work environment, where communication and attention to detail are critical.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Greet clients
- Establish what they are looking for
- Provide them with knowledge of solid surface countertops and help them select the product that best fits their needs
- Document their product selections, and requirements for the project
- Provide them with information about our process and company policies
- Communicate with customer and processing department daily
- Provide factory tours

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bonus if experienced in logistics, sales or the stone industry

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Uniacke, NS B0N 1Z0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
