Learner - Aircraft Painter

In November 2022, Latecoere completed the acquisition of Canadian-domiciled Avcorp Industries, becoming Latecoere’s Aerostructures Canadian unit.

**Responsibilities**
- Prep parts and structures for paint (masking, sanding, plugging parts)
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of their painting equipment.
- Ability to understand importance of paint viscosity, bake times and mil thickness per customer specification
- Knowledge of safety equipment regarding the chemicals used in the area.
- Proficient with the use of computers to process work orders.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of secondary school graduation diploma or equivalent.
- Completion or in progress of an Automotive Refinishing Program (in-house training would be made available).
- Previous experience as spray painter and/or paint technician in an industrial environment is a definite asset.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various manuals, procedures, blueprints, instructions and graphs.

- Some areas have rotating shifts. Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings
