**Health and Minimum Requirements**:

- Tidy Appearance and Good Hygiene
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Your own personal vehicle and tools

**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project closeout deficiencies
- Service and warranty
- Drywall + paint repair and touch ups, hardware and finishing repairs
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Coordinate and scheduling any subtrades as required

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to diagnose and solve warranty and service issues for residential homes, town homes and condos
- Ability to solve issues such as painting, drywall defects, tile, trim hardware and other finishing details
- Ability to coordinate any subtrades as required
- Good people skills
- Multitasker
- Self-Disciplined
- Clear communication in English
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting materials, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot construction deficiencies
- Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills

Compensation:

- Full-Time Employee or Subcontract based
- Benefits and Bonuses package available after 3 months
