We are looking for a professional **Intermediate** **Site Inspector** to add to our construction management team in the municipal water and wastewater sector in **Kitchener, ON**. Join our team and work alongside our technical experts to assist in delivering high-quality projects to our clients. Help our team grow while assisting resident engineers and construction managers by inspecting work to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- University degree or engineering technology diploma or demonstrated experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience as an inspector in the water and wastewater industry
- Ability to read and understand construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
- Experience inspecting the work performed by a contractor according to a construction contract
- Experience in testing, start-up, and commissioning of mechanical systems on treatment facilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to keep records for all construction activities
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors
- Ability to work with the project team, client, and contractor to resolve construction issues
- Ability to gather and understand technical data for purposes of generating reports
- The physical ability to move around an active construction site regardless of season
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
