**Job Summary**:
The Case Manager is a client service role that interacts extensively with various parties involved in the litigation/family law process involving clients and lawyers, as well as team members. This position involves the gathering of information both verbal and written, in order to approve or decline a litigation/divorce loan.

This is an ideal role for a strong team-player with insurance or personal injury experience who is meticulous, enjoys working with people and is able to deliver accurate results on required deadlines. This role will require a flexible individual to adapt to the growth of the business and this dynamic company.

**Location and Work Hours**:

- This role is fully remote and requires the applicant to have an effective home-office set-up.
- This role will be posted in Alberta and Ontario: Working hours must be flexible to support clients in different time zones.

**Employment Type**:

- Full-time

**Education/ Experience (required)**:

- Experience: personal and civil litigation experience (minimum 2 years)
- Education: Paralegal, law clerk or legal assistant
- Actively engage in verbal relationship building with both our external and internal clients;
- Provide a clear explanation of the loan process and product to all clients;
- Adhere and maintain diary follow ups on all files to ensure prompt disposition and repayment/collections;
- Maintain daily access in the telephone and chat queue;
- Incoming correspondence and or documents must be uploaded to the file and document the CRM system and documenting notes in accordance with our SOP standard
- Other duties as required, in order to support the team;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written;
- Must be a team-player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service;
- Take ownership and accountability to solve unusual files;
- Meet all quality standards and expectations per file standard guidelines.
