Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services based on their needs
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide technical information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Upselling: Proven ability to persuade customers to purchase additional products or services
- POS (Point-of-Sale) System: Proficient in using a computerized sales system for processing transactions
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized work area
- Basic Math Skills: Competency in performing basic mathematical calculations for sales transactions
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
