Taproom Associate

**Job Summary**:
Provides customer service and encourages sales in the retail store. Acts in a courteous, professional and efficient manner at all times and applies exemplary customer relationship skills that promote a superior company image.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all brewery guests who enter the taproom
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional brewery experiences to all guests
- Demonstrate excellent Craft Beer and Beau's specific product knowledge when describing product features, serving, upselling or answering questions
- Restock retail items neatly and efficiently and keep the taproom area stocked, clean and tidy
- Arrange merchandise
- Restock the beer refrigerator as needed
- Bring empty bottles and kegs back to the designated area
- Undertake special projects, cleaning tasks per standard operating procedures and other related duties as assigned
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be bilingual - English and French
- Must be legal drinking age in Ontario
- Must be Smart Serve certified
