Urban Planner Wanted

Real Estate Development Company seeks experienced Urban Planner administer the land development process, in Metro Southern Ontario and Florida.

3 or more years of experience are required for this in-house position.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering planning rational reports.
- Analysis of planning requirements to deliver highest and best use for developments.
- Presentations to approval authorities.
- Sourcing and managing outside consultants.
- OLT, M20 Experience

**Qualifications**
- Registered MCIP, RPP
- A degree in either planning, urban design, Environmental Studies, Geography or Architecture
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Income compensation based on experience.

Office location: King, Ontario, L7B 0J3

Pay: $65,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
