**Role Summary**

Join our dynamic team as a Trade Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and sales of our products across various channels. This position is perfect for someone who is driven, passionate, and ready to take on challenges in a vibrant and evolving landscape.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of product and program submissions to Liquor Boards and Head Offices, taking charge of the annual promotional calendar.
- Spearhead innovation planning and execution across all owned brand families, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Craft and refine sales materials such as sell-sheets and communication tools to bolster the sales team’s efforts.
- Develop and implement bespoke customer programs and kits for retail and on-premise channels, aiming to boost brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to create and execute custom promotional opportunities throughout the year.
- Oversee the creation and regular update of sales tools like tap handles, glassware, and signage to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Assist in managing and executing events in and around the London area, supporting the Field Marketing Team.
- Coordinate closely with the Social Media team to effectively communicate trade marketing plans and in-market activations, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
- Embody the role of a brand ambassador, possessing thorough knowledge of our product line and enthusiastically promoting our brands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years in trade marketing, ideally within the beverage, alcohol, or FMCG sectors.
- Knowledge and understanding of Liquor Board regulations.
- Excellent project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of driving product innovation.
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive meaningful insights from sales trends.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and marketing software.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the London area's market dynamics and consumer behavior is crucial.
- Experienced in organizing and managing local events.

**Working Conditions**
- May be required to work on off hours or weekends to participate in events
- May need to lift items weighing up to 20kg
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and twisting positions
