We are looking for motivated, team-oriented people for several production and design positions at our **Thorold, Ontario location**.

**JUNIOR ESTIMATOR**

Our **Junior Estimator** position is well suited for recent graduates of construction management programs offering a unique opportunity to learn all facets of our business and show off your stuff. Reporting to the Vice President of Estimating, you will be responsible for performing a variety of estimating and sales duties under the direction of a senior manager. Projects will include, water/wastewater servicing, manufacturing, infrastructure renewal and sewer and watermain installation. You will:

- Work cooperatively with senior staff to develop project estimates, client proposals, bid level schedules, and bid designs.
- Be responsible for, document control, interacting with visitors, clients, and building positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ideally have AutoCAD 3D Drafting proficiency to develop sales drawings for proposals
- Be open and able to travel to various job sites in the US and Canada as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

- Post Secondary Technology Diploma in a relevant field
- G Class Drivers License
- Canadian Passport

Proficiency in:

- AutoCAD
- Office 365
- Microsoft Project
- Construction Management
