**Now Hiring for the 2024 Landscaping Season**:
**Position**: Landscaper/Labourer (Hardscape)

**Job Type**: Full-time (seasonal) with the potential for year-round employment and future growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Landscaping:

- Perform a variety of landscaping duties including installation, repair, and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of softscape elements including planting, mulching, and watering.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on both softscape and hardscape.
- Experience operating mid-size and large landscaping machinery.
- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in landscaping or related field.
- Knowledge of local flora and climate conditions.
