**Role**:
The purpose of the job is to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of all customer orders provide overall support to operational functions.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensures customer orders are delivered safely, efficiently and within the specified timelines
- Proper handling of product to maintain quality
- Validate counts prior to loading and upon delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Forward all customer inquiries to account Sales Representative
- Collect COD orders as necessary
- Follow company policies and SOPs on safety, quality, delivery and returns
- Comply with all health and safety policies and regulations such as pre-trip inspections
- Comply with all food safety and HACCP regulations
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of company vehicle and work environment
- Complete of all necessary paperwork as required
- Order selecting frozen product for delivery as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you)**:

- High school or related field
- 3 years’ previous delivery driver experience, preferably in the foodservice industry
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required with clean drivers abstract
- Able to operate a refrigerated vehicle
- Forklift certified a plus
- Knowledge of inventory systems and use of scanners
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Good knowledge of the city of Vancouver & surrounding areas
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Solid organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a cold environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of using general office equipment
- Able to work overtime as required
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check upon request.
