**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Managers, the Associate will participate in a broad range of administrative and operational projects and tasks to support the efficient and successful operations of the team. The Associate will act as a resource person for Advisors on the team, by completing administrative tasks, reporting, and account-related activities.

Additionally, the Associate will leverage their expertise to contribute to financial planning initiatives and assist with delivering comprehensive wealth management services to clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Acting as a general administrative and operational resource for Associates and Advisors (ex: printing statements, tax slips).
- Completing administrative tasks related to account management such as preparing DocuSign information.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Providing information, where requested and approved by an Associate or Advisor, on the status of a client’s account and providing account balances, quotes, and other marketing information.
- Maintaining client files, ensuring that all documentation and notes are compliant with industry regulations.
- Assisting in preparing advisors for client meetings, including preparation of account opening documentation, product research, etc.
- Performing general administrative tasks (ex: preparing letters, client communication pieces, etc.)
- Proactively staying informed and up to date regarding Company policies, procedures, and compliance updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study.
- Minimum of one years’ industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity.
- Completion of CSC and CPH is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively organize and manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks and work.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to independently manage complex administrative and financial tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure financial and regulatory requirements are always adhered to.
- Demonstrated, reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work requirements with the ability to navigate fluctuations in work volume to meet client and operational requirements.
- Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively in high stress situations.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing extraordinary service to high-net-worth clients.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with financial tools an asset.
