We require a part time Bookkeeper. We are a family owned well established (33 years in business) Residential Property Management Company located in Baden Ontario. The person we are looking for needs to be very detailed oriented, have excellent organization skills and be a team player. Our number one priority is to make sure our Landlords and tenants receive excellent customer service.

You will report to our Office Manager.

About the position:

- Enter all incoming rents
- Execute Bank Reconciliation statements
- Prepare invoices for services rendered.
- Execute all Accounts Payable.
- Prepare all Mid Month Statements for our Landlords
- Prepare rent increases.
- Prepare eviction notices.
- Prepare bi weekly Payroll.
- Prepare leases for incoming tenants.
- Prepare HST quarterly
- Prepare yearly Waterloo Licencing
- Other accounting related items in our ever changing industry.

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel and Word
- QuickBooks and Sage Experience
- Minimum 1 year Accounting Experience
- Must possess excellent communications skills
- Must provide proof of a clean criminal record and good credit.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
