**Job Duties**:

- Driving too and from customer sites at remote locations, ranging from Edson, AB to Burnaby, BC
- Assisting the engineering team in the deployment, termination and testing of Fiber Optic Systems in Circulator Architecture
- Splicing to include OTDR based quality testing
- Compiling the necessary Tooling to complete Fiber-Optic Splicing and Testing
- Material and Procedural Quality Assurance and Quality Control documentation
- Inspect, Maintain and Clean Fiber Optic Equipment
- Actively participate in Soul’s safety culture: Job observation cards, hazard assessments, online and in class safety training, equipment maintenance logs, tailgate safety meetings, site specific hazard assessments, incident investigations
- Extensive travel and long hours
- Work schedule will be based on a 15 and 6 rotation
- Work days will range from 8-12 hours with a significant portion of the rotation to be in overtime

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of Fiber Optic Experience, including testing and terminating of fiber optic cable
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test is mandatory

**Location of Work**:

- Customer client sites throughout Alberta and BC
- Base of Operations located in Nisku
