Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. This position requires strong sales skills, automotive repair knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and purchases
- Identify and locate the correct parts for customers' vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently
- Collaborate with the service department
- Utilize computer systems
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
