Night Audit

**Description**:
We are looking for a guest focused, highly personable, extremely reliable, very responsible and trustworthy full time Night Auditor. If you are able to work independently or as part of a team, understand the importance of guest relations and are capable of going above and beyond for our guests, than we encourage you to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by going the extra mile for our guests
- Basic concierge duties such as giving out directions and information about hotel amenities and services
- Checking guests in/out of hotel
- Answering switchboard of multi phone lines
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests, with diligent follow up procedures
- Problem resolution
- Ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality guest service at the front desk
- Full understanding of IHG guest loyalty and other related programs
- Knowledge of Opera PMS an asset
- Must be available to work all shifts for training purposes (AM, PM, weekends and holidays) but standard shift will be 11 pm to 7 am

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Always maintains a professional and courteous demeanor
- Attention to Detail and time management skills
- Highly organized
- Flexible with great attendance record
- Able to work overnight 11 pm to 7 am

**Qualifications**:
Previous front desk experience in a hotel is preferred
