**Duties and responsibilities**

Prepare and give basketball sessions and drills to their group. Animate and monitor a group of campers; set up games and activities which follow the programming established by the direction; animate throughout the entirety of the camp hours; ensure the safety of all children at all times; notify the management team of all problems and anomalies.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Grade 10 (Sec. 4) (16 years old minimum)

**Skills**:
Ability to work and communicate properly with a team
Ability to take on leadership roles
Sense of responsibility and punctuality
Ability to adapt. Energy and enthusiasm
Ability to work well with children and parents
Good communication skills with a demonstrated enthusiasm for working with youth
General knowledge and interest in different types of arts
Bilingualism (French/English) (required)

**Non-Scholarly Training**:
AA-AAA player experience and/or coaching certification required
Previous camp experience considered
CIT/DAFA formation considered
Valid first aid certification

Supercamp est un camp de jour à but non lucratif situé à Ville St-Laurent. Nous accueillons environ 300 campeurs et animateurs chaque semaine, leur permettant d'essayer de nouvelles choses, de découvrir de nouvelles passions et de développer de nouvelles compétences. Venez vous joindre à notre équipe de plus de 50 moniteurs et spécialistes

**Fonctions et responsabilités**

Préparer et donner des séances et des exercices de basket-ball à leur groupe. Animer et surveiller un groupe de campeurs; mettre en place des jeux et des activités qui suivent la programmation établie par la direction; animer pendant toute la durée du camp; assurer la sécurité de tous les enfants en tout temps; signaler à l'équipe de direction tous problèmes et anomalies.

10e année (4e secondaire) (16 ans minimum)

**Compétences**:
Capacité à travailler et à communiquer adéquatement en équipe
Capacité à assumer des rôles de leadership
Sens des responsabilités et ponctualité
Capacité d'adaptation, énergie et enthousiasme
Capacité à bien travailler avec les enfants et les parents
Bonnes compétences en communication avec un enthousiasme démontré pour travailler avec les jeunes
Connaissances générales et intérêt pour différents types d'arts
Bilinguisme (français/anglais) (obligatoire)

**Formation non scolaire**:
Expérience de joueur AA-AAA et/ou certification d'entraîneur requise
Expérience de camp antérieure considérée
Formation CIT/DAFA considérée
Certification de secourisme valide
