Looking for experienced painter/handy person

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in construction painting, both residential and commercial
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize and complete multiple projects
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Should have experience with painting with sprayers

**Responsibilities**:

- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Install, repair, and maintain various fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Complete carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall repair, and trim installation
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate repairs and installations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
