**Job Summary**
TCI has an opening for a Lexus Area Sales Manager - Contract/Acting. This role reports to the Manager of Lexus Sales. The purpose of the role is to meet key Lexus sales KPIs and bolster the Lexus brand image by partnering with the Lexus Dealers in the assigned territory. This person will act as the face of Lexus to the Lexus Dealer network.

**What’s The Scope?**
- Provide direction and consultation to Lexus Dealers to ensure Lexus sales objectives and key KPIs (ECP, LCPO etc.) are met within an assigned Lexus region
- Frequent communication with Dealer Principal and all Dealership management and supporting Lexus Dealer staff
- Interact with multiple TCI departments including Sales and Inventory Planning, Lexus Product Planning, DSSO, Accessories Development, Lexus Customer Retention etc. on an ongoing basis
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Leadership and Consultation to Lexus Dealers**_
- Develop Guest-centric solutions for Lexus Dealers in assigned territory to support achievement of sales objectives
- Determine the annual Lexus new vehicle retail objectives as part of the Annual Dealer Review planning process
- Provide direction and guidance to Lexus Dealers in the monthly Lexus vehicle allocation process; Assist with the distribution and allocation of Lexus special editions, Hybrid vehicles and supplemental as required
- Support the Lexus Dealers on the Lexus Allocation System to ensure proper supply levels, increased turn rate and reduction of aged Lexus stock
- **Proactive Support to Lexus Dealers**_
- Assist Lexus Dealers in the evaluation of their market area by providing valuable insights to help direct the development of their marketing initiatives and strategies
- Distribute and allocate Lexus vehicles (supplemental, special editions, unique or low supply vehicles) as required
- Ensure achievement of monthly Lexus objectives and target achievement at key Industry reporting day (20 Day, Month End). Review Lexus Dealer sold units in stock to ensure timely delivery and correct status (Retail Sold, DNC, Demo etc.)
- Manage Lexus Co-op funds (Regular, Special Events, LCPO) and local marketing efforts to support both the Dealer and Lexus brand
- Hold Lexus Dealers accountable for their performance on sales related KPIs such as ECP, LCPO, Accessories, Connected Enrolment, LPR, Market Share, Sales Efficiency etc.
- Manage Lexus Dealer performance through consistent Dealer contacts (in-person and virtual). Develop recommendations, actions plans and strategies in collaboration with Lexus dealership management
- **Support Toyota Canada**_
- Influence Lexus Dealers to comply with Lexus Divisional objectives; These objectives may involve sales objectives, new vehicle launches, programs and initiatives to enhance the Lexus Brand
- Educate and inform the key Lexus Dealership staff on the fundamentals of the Lexus Allocation System to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare detailed Lexus Dealer contact reports outlining Lexus Dealer performance KPIs, strategies and action and in support of Lexus Dealer brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Work cross-functionally and in partnership with the Lexus After Sales, Sales Strategy, Lexus Academy, Marketing, Guest Retention and LFS Dealer Relations teams to jointly achieve Lexus objectives
- Provides timely market data/surveys, industry feedback, estimates and market performance analysis at regular monthly intervals
- **Work Efficiency**_
- Initiates and implements appropriate 'Kaizen' (continuous improvement) efforts which result in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies
- Evaluates and implements performance standards through the creati
