Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging Part-Time Career? Artillery Soldiers provide indirect fire support, air defense, surveillance, combat target acquisition, and indirect fire. In the Canadian Armed Forces, the Artillery is part of the Combat Arms team, which also includes Armoured, Infantry, and Combat Engineering Regiments.

In addition to field guns, missile and target acquisition systems, they are expected to become experts whose knowledge relates to a wide range of technologically complex equipment, including the following equipment:

- Laser range finders
- Fire control computers
- Communication systems
- Global Positioning Systems
- Monitoring equipment
- Unmanned aerial vehicles

As an Army Reservist, you have the option to join the full time summer employment program that will provide you the opportunity to work on a salary basis starting 1 May to 31 Aug, or any part thereof, earning you over $3000 a month over the course of the summer. This is guaranteed for the first four years that you are employed with us. From September to June, you will work part time on Tuesday evenings and weekends.

1) must be 16-57 years old;
2) have a minimum Grade 10 education

3) must be a Canadian Citizen.
