Die Cutter/autocut

We are looking to add an individual to our manufacturing team in Brantford, in our Die Cutting department running our automated die cutting machines.

**Shift: 12 hours continental - Rotating Days & Nights 7am-7pm/7pm-7am**

**Wage**: $19.75/hour

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and sperate product according to our SOP's(1st Grade,2nd Grade,3rd Grade)
- Meet high demand production targets
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking
- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff
- Identify Quality concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
- Preform other work-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
- A Team Player who constructively contributes to a positive environment
- Good mechanical skills for small repairs
- Uphold absenteeism rate below 3.5%
- Previous forklift experience is required
