Farrier

Banff Trail Riders is seeking skilled farriers for summer to help maintain our herd of 300+ horses, mules and drafts.

Schedule is flexible, but will require regular full time or part-time hours and all tools and supplies are provided by Banff Trail Riders. Farriers will also be covered by Workers Compensation Board (WCB).

Wages will be based on experience. This is fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills and work with many animals on a daily basis to build knowledge and expertise in the field.

This position and is located in Banff, AB.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5-6 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banff, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Farrier/Shoeing: 2 years (preferred)
