**417 Collision Centre **is looking for an experienced full time **Prepper** **to join our growing team You will complete work required to restore vehicles to “like new” condition so we can reunite them with customers. Reporting to the Collision Centre Manager, you will work with your team to refinish & paint damaged vehicles.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Preparing vehicles for refinishing including feathering, masking, sanding, priming as per insurance guidelines & standards
- Assist painter with spot repairs
- Remove damaged sections of vehicles using metal-cutting guns, air grinders, & wrenches
- Identify the family & properties of the plastic used on a vehicle to repair accordingly
- Fit & weld body damage using wrenches & welding equipment
- Perform quality repairs on a variety of vehicles

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 1 year experience in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of & the ability to operate machinery/tools required to complete repairs
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time & using power/hand-held equipment
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
