**Leadership stratégique et alignement commercial**- Fournit un leadership et une supervision aux équipes de livraison des services d'infrastructure d'entreprise, à l'équipe du service d'assistance informatique et aux équipes d'opérations informatiques régionales (États-Unis, LATAM). En collaboration avec la direction, traduit les objectifs stratégiques et tactiques de l'IT en une feuille de route actionnable.**Gestion de l'infrastructure et des opérations**- Supervise tous les aspects de l'infrastructure IT, y compris les serveurs, les réseaux, les centres de données et les services cloud. Assure une haute disponibilité, une évolutivité et une sécurité des composants de l'infrastructure. Surveille, évalue et améliore l'efficacité et l'efficience des méthodes et procédures de livraison des services d'infrastructure et d'opérations. Mesure la qualité et la performance des services des équipes tout en fournissant orientation, coaching et en favorisant une culture de service clientèle d'excellence, de haute performance et de confiance. Collabore avec les responsables de la sécurité pour garantir la conformité aux exigences du programme de sécurité et une atténuation rapide des risques cyber. Supervise les processus de gestion des incidents et des changements avec une implication directe dans les incidents ou problèmes majeurs ayant un impact sur le service, avec des rapports en temps opportun à la direction. Planifie et dirige la gestion du cycle de vie de l'infrastructure conformément aux normes et meilleures pratiques. Supervise la planification et l'exécution des tests de DR et assure une amélioration continue de nos capacités de DR. Implémente et gère une fonction de Service Desk IT efficace avec une résolution en temps utile des demandes des utilisateurs, des incidents et des demandes de service. Améliore la maturité du Service Desk en alignant les processus avec les principes de l'ITSMF, y compris la gestion des incidents, la résolution des problèmes et la gestion des changements.**Livraison de projets, contrôle du budget, rapport et gestion des fournisseurs**- Supervise la livraison réussie des projets d'infrastructure et de sécurité. Contrôle le budget IT alloué et rapporte sur les dépenses. Participe à la préparation du budget et à la gestion de la demande liée à toutes les demandes IT. Aide à construire des relations avec les fournisseurs et à négocier des contrats rentables. Évalue la performance des fournisseurs et recommande des améliorations.**Leadership d'équipe**- Responsable de s'assurer que le personnel répond et dépasse les attentes en matière de performance, en respectant les métriques/benchmarks définis, et que les normes et processus sont suivis de manière cohérente pour fournir un service client efficace et répondre aux exigences de la direction. Responsable de guider et de coacher le personnel à travers les opportunités de développement de carrière, de développer des plans de formation pour les membres de l'équipe et le développement des compétences pour maintenir les compétences de base.**Exigences et compétences**- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en tant que directeur IT senior ou dans un rôle similaire avec une capacité prouvée à gérer des équipes diversifiées régionalement et multidisciplinaires. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de leadership. Passionné par la fourniture d'un service clientèle d'excellence, désireux de construire des relations avec les partenaires commerciaux tout en recrutant, coachant, formant, gérant et mentorant les employés. Expérience antérieure dans la guidage, la sélection et la direction des choix technologiques au niveau des serveurs, des réseaux, des systèmes informatiques et des opérations dans un environnement opérationnel et industriel. Capacité prouvée à surveiller financièrement les recommandations, décisions et directions technologiques. Bonnes compétences en communication. Le bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requis en raison de notre main-d'œuvre située à l'échelle mondiale et de l'interface quotidienne avec les leaders dans les pays où TC Transcontinentale opère (la connaissance de l'espagnol serait un atout). Diplôme de bachelier ou équivalent en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine pertinent. Les certifications pertinentes (par exemple, CISSP, PMP, CISA, etc.) sont un plus.
