CEDA is hiring a Project Clerk to join our team in Bonnyville. This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services for assigned CEDA business units.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data entry of daily timesheets
- Preparing labor, equipment and materials (LEM’s) for invoicing
- Respond to internal and customer inquiries
- Compiling and sending weekly & monthly reports to customers
- Work as a team player assisting and providing support within the department
- Ensure all timesheet/payroll procedures and deadlines are adhered to
- Assist management with month end & year-end duties as required
- All other related duties as required
Role Specifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration & data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX & Field FX would be an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel is required
Personal Characteristics:
- You consider yourself computer savvy and have no issues learning new systems
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- You have well-honed organizational and time management skills and the ability to be flexible to changing and sometimes short-lead time needs of the organization
- Ability to work with sensitive, confidential information, and maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
