Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce aluminum parts according to specifications.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and achieve production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Familiarity with Haas CNC machines is a plus
- Proficient in using various power tools and equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift 40lb

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
