**JobTitle: Indirect Goods and Services Coordinator (Union Lodge 2468)**

**Description**:
This role will be responsible tocoordinate all indirect good and service requirements for the AGT factory inMontreal. This includes factory operations for A35/A65 and Power Turbineproduction lines as well as the warehouse and central site services. The rolewill work closely with operations to ensure that any requests for indirectgoods and services are understood and delivered in line with productionrequirements. This role will be responsible to ensure an efficient andeffective end-to-end flow from request to delivery.

**HowYou will Make an Impact**
- Responsible to collect all AGT Factory demands and create shopping carts in OneSRM
- Oversee timely completion of PO creation by GBS buying team in Portugal
- Site key user for OneSRM
- Provide product and service sourcing support to requestors as required
- Maintain link between AGT Montreal and indirect commodity teams in Oakville
- Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of all indirect goods and services supporting all AGT Montreal departments
- Responsible to manage all SES requests (goods receipt for service purchase orders)
- Complete process owner for GMDM (vendor master creation and maintenance) supporting direct goods for AGT product lines and indirect for AGT Montreal
- Site key user for GMDM
- Responsible to investigate and reconcile all indirect related invoicing Issues
- Responsible for processing CASS invoices (freight and transport services)

**What You Bring**
- Mid to expert level experience in a relevant field
- Strong SAP/ERP background and experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to summarize complex issues in ways that are easily understood.
- Strong analytical skills and data management experience
