Junior Barista

A few important qualifications/qualities that applicants must meet to be considered for the position:

- 1 Year Minimum Barista Experience
- Willing to commit to at least 20Hrs/Week
- Understands the importance of providing a great guest experience - willingness to do what it takes to ensure the guest walks away with a good impression
- Knowledge of coffee / experience in coffee beverage preparation
- Can work independently - enjoys problem solving
- Handles conflict resolution well in difficult circumstances
- Some commercial kitchen experience is considered valuable
- Understands the importance of communication - and actively communicates well with others
- Smart Serve is a necessity - Food Handlers Certificate is considered a plus

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
