Nous recherchons un(e) **Coordinateur(trice) Logistique **dévoué(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la mise en relation du fret des expéditeurs avec les transporteurs disponibles, de l'optimisation des coûts de transport, du suivi des mouvements de fret, de la satisfaction des besoins des clients et de l'établissement de relations solides et durables avec les clients.

**Responsabilités**
- Mettre en relation les transporteurs disponibles et les expéditeurs afin d'obtenir les tarifs de fret les plus adaptés pour chaque chargement.
- Coordonner avec les transitaires, les entrepôts et les sociétés de transport le suivi des expéditions, le contrôle des coûts et le respect des délais de livraison pour des enlèvements et des livraisons sûrs et ponctuels.
- Préparer et gérer tous les documents d'expédition requis, y compris les connaissements, les documents douaniers, les instructions d'expédition, les preuves de livraison et les enregistrements à des fins de conformité et de suivi.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les activités logistiques soient conformes aux réglementations et aux normes du secteur.
- Communiquer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et exigences en matière de transport.
- Fournir aux clients des mises à jour opportunes sur l'état des expéditions, traiter les demandes de renseignements et résoudre les problèmes qui se posent.

**Qualifications**
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans la coordination logistique ou la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sont requis, de préférence dans l'industrie du transport.
- Bilingue (écrit et parlé) ; d'autres langues sont un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour une collaboration efficace avec les membres de l'équipe et les partenaires externes.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution tout en gérant efficacement des priorités multiples.
- Approche proactive de la résolution des problèmes.

**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated & dynamic **Logistics Coordinator **to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for matching shippers' freight with available carriers, optimizing transportation costs, monitoring cargo movements, meeting customer needs, and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Match available carriers with shippers to secure the most suitable freight rates for each load assignment.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and transport companies to monitor shipments, control costs, and meet delivery timelines for safe and timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documents, shipping instructions, proof of delivery, and records for compliance and tracking.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Communicate with customers to understand their transportation needs and requirements.
- Provide timely updates to customers on shipment statuses, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management is a must, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Bilingual (written & spoken); additional languages is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
