**Moffatt’s Mazda** is a busy Barrie automotive dealer that is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their team. Wages from $40,000 to $60,000 - to be discussed and depend on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input of warranty claims for payment to Mazda Canada
- Monitoring and following up any returned or pended warranty claims for payment
- Input of information pertaining to prior approval paint claims
- Scheduling vehicles once authorized for paint repair completion
- Coordinate loaner vehicles with service customers
- Additional clerical duties

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work productively with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organization & multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills
- Capable of working in adherence with company safety standards
