Edmonton, Canada Glaucoma and Comprehensive Consultants Full time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience/education in the ophthalmic field preferred but will train on the job for the right person
- Computer aptitude (Healthquest EMR, Forum preferred)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, exhibit good judgment with meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new technology

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screening patients: taking patient history, visual acuity and tonometry
- Perform testing: Visual fields, OCT, IOL Master, Atlas, Retinal photos
- Seating patients: cleaning rooms prior to seating
- Daily sterilization of various instruments
- Maintain a friendly and professional appearance and conduct

PLEASE NOTE: We may be seeking someone who is interested in cross-training as a Medical Office Assistant, as this will bring the opportunity for possible full-time hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-39 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
