We are looking for individuals with skating experience to join our team in helping to provide unforgettable experiences to our fans by executing in-stand and on-ice promotions.
This is a part-time casual role based upon the organization’s event and hockey calendar which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Hockey Games (Primary Role)**
- Selected members are required to be available for 70% of Ottawa Senators home games.
- Shift will begin 1.5 hours before puck drop and end shortly following the end of game.
- Responsible for executing promotions, giveaways, and contests both in-stand and on-ice.
- Select participants for in-game promos by using appropriate judgment and following team guidelines.
- Host contest winners, performers, and special guests.
- Work with team members to enhance the overall fan experience at Canadian Tire Centre.
**Canadian Tire Centre Events (Secondary Role as Required)**
- Promotions team members may be asked to work additional Canadian Tire Centre events outside of Senators hockey games.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to connect with fans and create positive interactions.
- Shows initiative and takes action with an appropriate level of independence.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.
