Escape Trailer is looking for **detail-oriented individuals** to join our growing team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment. You will be involved in polishing, sanding and buffing fiberglass using various power tools and hand tools. Must be comfortable wearing a respirator. Polishing experience an asset but not required. We will train you We are looking for positive-minded individuals who are eager to learn.

**As a Fiberglass Polisher your role includes**:

- Polishing, sanding & buffing fiberglass
- Inspecting and working repairs
- Must be comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, or other specialty tools
- Must be comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as dust masks, gloves, or face respirators

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Tape measure usage (down to the 16ths)
- Experience with various power tools or hand tools
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma
- Technical courses will be considered an asset
