**About the role**

We’re looking for a Security Business Analyst - Cyberark to join our growing PAM team

As a business analyst, you play a vital role of translator and facilitator between Business, Security and Quality Assurance.

You will be part of a small squad with the sole purpose of creating and enhancing a security product to the point where that product is the best product, not just in the insurance field, but the best product out there, period.

**What you'll do here**:

- Analyze business needs to define PAM solutions.
- Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements specification workshops to specify PAM solutions.
- Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the PAM solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the different projects team.
- Support the development of solutions and monitor performance.
- Participate in test activities with business people, developers and Quality Assurance.
- Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
- Onboarding Intact IT teams to CyberArk.
- Teach customers how to use CyberArk, gather requirement to onboard the accounts.
- Write effective User Stories that can be used by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
- Handle change management process via train the trainer documents and procedures.
- Build a solid, reusable, and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Previous PAM experience required.
- Experience working on CyberArk products (on prem or cloud).
- Project experiences in Agile Scrum mode
- Experience and knowledge in the Identity and access management field.
- Knowledge of IIQ,AD,CyberArk,Azure AD.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements. Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
- Bilingualism (French / English) -_ Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country._
