Help us deliver excellent service to our investors and tenants by bringing your experience as a Live-in Superintendent to our Listowel location, where you will.
- Build positive tenant relations and communications.
- Respond to all tenant inquiries, emergencies, and complaints in a timely & courteous manner, following an on-call schedule for evenings & weekends.
- Perform seasonal work as required including gardening, snow removal (salting/shoveling walkways & common areas)
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents.
- Assist with move-in/move-outs.
- Monitor activity throughout the building to ensure residents & their guests adhere to Management policies.
- Ensure property is maintained in a clean, "debris-free" condition at all times.
- Perform building maintenance & repair, facilitating work orders & coordinating with any contractors/service people as required.
- Perform all administrative tasks as required by management including serving notices, maintaining logs, rent collection etc.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in building maintenance/property management
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act
- Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, paint/repairs.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Outstanding communication & customer service skills

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$41,600.00 per year
