As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Pavement Maintenance Technicians.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform line painting and pavement marking according to project specifications and industry standards
- Execute crack sealing and other asphalt maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for pavement maintenance projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Requirements**:
- Ability to operate equipment such as line striping machines, crack sealing machines, and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Salary**: From $20.35 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
