If the Switchboard Operator position is something right up your alley, you should enjoy interacting with guests over the phone, working in a team environment and have a can do attitude A background in customer service is essential and previous experience in a reception, administration or hotel environment will give you a major leg up This position is considered part time and we are looking for someone who can work during the day for 2-3 shift a week.

In addition to answering and directing calls, this position is also responsible for forwarding in-house calls from various departments, answering general customer inquiries, handling lost and found, conducting calls to guests onsite and completing basic administrative tasks.
