Woodshop Helper

**Part-Time - Shop Helper for busy Cabinet Shop**

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our woodworking Shop Hand. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and light maintenance within our workshop, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our team. **Responsibilities**
- Clean woodworking equipment, tools, and surfaces regularly.
- General janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain a tidy workspace
- Monitoring stock levels for supplies
- Organize woodworking materials, including lumber, hardware, and supplies.
- Assist in the disposal of waste materials and recycling efforts.
- Keep workstations and common areas organized and clutter-free.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs and assist as instructed.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
- Running errands
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.

**Skill Requirements**
- Prior experience in cleaning or organizing, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Availability to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in the morning.
- Experience in machine maintenance is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license
