**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall tidiness of our facilities.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Able to lift up to 23kg or 50 lbs
- able to use ladders
- clean snow from walkways
- move furniture
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required within the facility

**Requirements**:

- Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
