Safety Consultant

**About us**

Mothers provides energy companies with jointed tubing & coiled tubing downhole equipment and services. We offer cased hole fishing, conventional isolation tools and engineering services to work over, complete and abandon any project.

We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Consultant to join our team.
- NCSO, CRSP preferred
- H2S Alive
- CSO
- Standard First Aid w/BC Endorsement
- Energy Safety Canada Auditor Certification

Duties Include:

- Weekly monitoring of: ISNetworld, Avetta and Complyworks
- Bi-weekly inspections of the Lacombe facility
- Quarterly inspections of the Grande Prairie facility
- Lead health and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements
- Monitor employee training records
- Develop, review, revise and maintain health and safety management system
- Assist workers with training and compliance
- Orientate new employees
- Develop training applicable to organizational needs
- Collaborate with leadership
- Communicate legislative changes, client requirements
- Maintain HSE Metrics and identify trends
- Manage WCB modified and return to work cases
- Lead incident investigations and provide expertise to team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lacombe, AB T4L 2H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lacombe, AB T4L 2H8
