**Salary**: $78,000-$91,650
**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Practice Manager. This role combines therapeutic expertise with administrative responsibilities in a private therapy practice setting. The Clinical Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while also providing therapeutic support to clients.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Therapeutic Services**: The employee is expected to maintain a small case load and is expected to see those clients in office. The employee will conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
**2. Office Management**: Open and close the office daily per business schedule. Oversee daily operations of the practice, including aiding with recruitment, training new employees and contractors, approving timecards (as requested), and implement policies and procedures created by Human Resources.
**3. Staff Supervision**: Provide guidance and clinical supervision to employees and contractors, providing guidance on administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service for clients. Mediate personnel issues, schedule monthly check ins and performance reviews with management.
**4. Intake and Assignment**: Complete intakes for new referrals as directed by Management and assist in assigning files to the most suitable employee or contractor for ongoing services.
**5. Quality Assurance**: Track licensing requirements and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies for the office and all staff and contractors.
**6. Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the practice team, including Therapists, Social Workers, Community Engagement Worker, Youth Engagement Mentor, and Management, to foster a supportive and cohesive work environment.
**7. Professional Development**: Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the field of social work and therapy, participating in continuing education and training opportunities as needed.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Social Worker
- Must be registered and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Social Workers and hold active professional liability insurance
- A minimum of two (2) years of management and clinical experience
- Successful completion of an Adult, and Child Abuse Registry check with a clear vulnerable sector search as well as a Criminal Record check,
- Effective assessment, interviewing, relationship building, problem solving & organizational skills;
- Knowledge of First Nations Cultures & Traditions an asset
