**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Assist with discovery processes, including the preparation of affidavits of documents, examinations for discovery, and document production.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of case files and trial materials.
- Support senior lawyers in developing case strategies and preparing for trial.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) or L.L.B. degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- 0-5 years of litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
