Sales Coordinator

**JOB SUMMARY**
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and process sales orders and/or quotes received from Account Managers and customers.
- Schedule all orders with Production Scheduler to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare files as required for Account Managers
- Provide telephone support to customers.
- Assist Account Managers with invoicing issues.
- Adhere to ZyTech’s safety, quality assurance and standard operating procedures and policies.
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Understanding of sales, marketing, and point of sale systems.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems.
- Experience with computer software i.e., MS Office
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics operations and the general construction industry.
- Knowledge or experience in manufactured wood products, would be an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required for this position.
