**Job Purpose**:
Il est à noter que les 3 postes à pourvoir sont désignés bilingues (français/anglais).

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyser les besoins des clients à la lumière de leurs commentaires et suggérer ou prendre des mesures correctives, au besoin.
- Veiller à ce que le magasin soit un milieu convivial pour les clients et un environnement professionnel qui respecte la politique de gestion des tablettes.
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de responsabilité sociale.
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de marketing.
- Satisfaire aux attentes des clients, voire les dépasser, d’une manière rentable.
- Tisser des liens avec les fournisseurs, les titulaires de permis et les clients.
- Gérer les plaintes des clients concernant le magasin.
- Effectuer au besoin les tâches associées au service à la caisse.
- Faire preuve de leadership, avoir une incidence favorable sur le moral du personnel et renforcer l’esprit d’équipe.
- Déterminer les besoins en matière de formation et recommander des mesures appropriées.
- Offrir une orientation aux nouveaux employés, une formation en cours d’emploi et un encadrement continu (acquisition de connaissances/compétences).
- Surveiller le personnel et discuter avec le gérant ou la gérante de la rétroaction sur le rendement.
- Recommander des plans d’action pour régler les problèmes de rendement et les enjeux ayant une incidence sur les activités du magasin.
- Gérer le budget du magasin.
- Procéder à l’évaluation du rendement de tous les employés à temps partiel et contribuer à l’évaluation du rendement d’autres membres du personnel.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le gérant ou la gérante du magasin pour donner suite aux préoccupations en matière d’entretien et de sécurité.
- Assurer une gestion qui respecte la convention collective.
- Encourager un climat favorable à la diversité.
- Accomplir d’autres tâches assignées.

**Primary Qualifications**:

- Des études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe (p. ex., administration des affaires), dont des cours dans les secteurs de la gestion, des ventes, du marketing et des logiciels, sont grandement souhaitables.
- Au moins deux (2) ans d’expérience de supervision dans un commerce de détail. Une expérience de la gestion dans un milieu syndiqué serait un atout. Une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience sera prise en considération.
- Cours sur les produits de base et menant à une certification supérieure.
- Compréhension démontrée de Xstore.
- Intégrité démontrée, capacité de motiver les employés et de gérer leur rendement, habileté à tisser des liens avec la clientèle, capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions efficacement, engagement à promouvoir l’amélioration continue et compétence à faciliter le changement.
- Capacité démontrée pour ce qui est de la planification, de l’organisation et de l’exécution.
- Doit être capable de travailler tous les quarts de travail et se montrer disposé à le faire.
- Les compétences de base de ce poste comprennent la capacité d’obtenir des résultats en matière de qualité, l’adaptabilité et la gestion du changement, la communication, le service à la clientèle, la prise de décisions et la résolution de problèmes, l’intégrité et l’instauration de la confiance, le travail d’équipe et la coopération, ainsi que la valorisation de la diversité. Les compétences en leadership comprennent le renforcement du rendement stratégique, l’encadrement et le perfectionnement, l’influence et le leadership. Ces compétences sont importantes pour bien s’acquitter des responsabilités du poste et faire prospérer l’organisation.
- Un rendement satisfaisant au travail au cours des douze (12) mois précédents est une exigence. Le taux de présentéisme sera un facteur dans le processus de présélection.
- Une participation en règle au programme de perfectionnement de la gestion des magasins et avoir suivi les cours obligatoires.
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) (pour les trois postes désignés bilingues).

- Disposition à se réinstaller ailleurs au Manitoba.
