**Position Summary**

The Field Trainer will work closely with the operations and development teams. The Field Trainer will ensure that all Smoke’s Poutinerie training objectives are met by focusing on in-restaurant operations training, creation and updating of training content, coaching, and working with District Managers on the growth and development of their restaurants.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Leading in-restaurant training for incoming franchisees.
- Design and develop training and operations materials such as job aids, digital content, and support tools.
- Supporting new store openings and store transfers as part of the opening team.
- Analyze data such as Fan Feedback and 3rd party delivery ratings to identify training and operational opportunities.
- Project management: ability to support multiple projects across all departments.
- Create and Maintain relationships with restaurant teams and business partners.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel to meet training and operational needs.

**Assets**

Food safety and first aid certifications

Prior training experience in a quick service environment

Prior management experience in a quick service environment

Familiarity with Franchisee systems

Certificate in Adult Learning

Legally able to work and travel in Canada

**Details**

The position is permanent full-time, salary range of $50,000-$60,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
