The Rosedale Group manages a diverse portfolio of companies and assets across Alberta. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in downtown Edmonton.

This is an intermediate position for an individual with multi-family property management experience. Reporting to the president, this position will be responsible for a variety of property management functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Support current property managers
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Ensure apartments are ready to move in
- Full cycle lease signing process
- Ensure tenant information is up to date (tenant insurance, banking information, etc.)
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Assist with property related accounting tasks when required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive residential property management experience
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft including Word and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Motivated to learn and be challenged
- Excellent time management and organization skills

This is a full-time position and includes a competitive salary.
