Cement Finisher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. The Finisher will be responsible for completing various finishing tasks to ensure the quality and aesthetics of completed projects.

**Duties**:

- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, painting, staining, and sealing surfaces
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve finishing issues
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute finishing details accurately
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to achieve project goals
- Utilize skills in concrete forming, flooring installation, masonry, and drywall finishing
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for finishing tasks

**Skills**:

- Experience in finish work such as painting, staining, and sealing
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques
- Familiarity with flooring installation methods
- Ability to perform masonry work for finishing projects
- Experience in operating heavy equipment for finishing tasks
- Drywall finishing skills to achieve smooth surfaces

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.70-$36.94 per hour
