ECE TEACHER FOR OUR PREK CLASSROOM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

DOWNTOWN HISTORIC ABBOTSFORD LOCATION

Contemporary Kids is an all-day childcare Centre passionate about providing the right exposure to all matter of expressive commutative and cognitive experiences. We are looking for goal orientated teachers with a love for what they do. Strong teachers are what make a childcare facility great and we appreciate and recognize that. We are looking for Teachers that care about the cognitive development of children, those who will ensure the children’s time away from home is spent with teachers who will nurture encourage and guide children to be the best they can be in the healthiest way.

ECE / ECEA certification
First Aid training and current certification
Clear Criminal Record Check
Well developed interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
Ability to model, mentor and train new staff
Strong knowledge and awareness of:
Fluent in English

Age-appropriate programming and developmental needs of children
Family and parenting concerns, needs and communication
Knowledge of broader child care field and its role in the community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
